terms of service

Token Leaders (“the service”, “we”, “us”) is an independent social leaderboard that ranks opt-in Claude Code token usage. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Token Leaders. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Token Leaders counts the number of tokens you use with Claude — via a companion you install yourself — and displays your totals and rank on a public leaderboard. Tracking is entirely opt-in: nothing is collected until you connect a device, and you can disconnect at any time.

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Provide accurate information and don't impersonate others. One account per person.

The leaderboard only means something if the numbers are real. You agree not to submit fabricated or inflated usage, automate or script fake activity, tamper with the companion, or otherwise game your rank. We may cap, discard, or refuse usage we reasonably believe is inauthentic, and we may remove or suspend accounts that manipulate the board.

You agree not to:

• scrape, overload, probe, or attack the service or its infrastructure;
• use display names, bios, avatars, or links that are illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that aren't yours.

You're responsible for the profile content you provide (display name, bio, social handles, avatar). You grant us a non-exclusive license to display it as part of the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

While your profile is public, your display name, avatar, token totals, rank, and badges are visible to anyone. You can make your profile private at any time in settings.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. In short: we count tokens, never conversation content.

We use Google for sign-in and a third-party host for infrastructure. Token Leaders is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. “Claude” is a trademark of Anthropic.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that token counts, ranks, or availability are accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Token Leaders and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. It's a token leaderboard — please treat it as one.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
